BEER COURSES S2 – CERTIFIED BEER SERVER PREPARATION TRAINING
Provides preparatory training for the Certified Beer Server exam, the first level of the Cicerone certification program.
Modules:
-Raw materials and production process
-Storage and service conditions (glass hygiene and glass selection, filling procedure, keg system parts, keg system hygiene and keg changing steps)
-The causes of the most common undesirable tastes and what to do to prevent them
-Beer styles and characteristics
-An overview of food and beer pairings
-Taste
Included in the training:
-Beer tasting from 17 categories
-Right to take the Cicerone Certification Program Certified Beer Server exam twice.
*Since the exam language is English, the training presentation content will be in English and the narration will be in Turkish.
