EWA Irish Whiskey Certificate


This course provides an in-depth overview of Irish Whiskey. You will explore the history and details of Irish Whiskey before learning about all the production and maturation processes. You will also learn about the legal requirements and how to perform sensory analysis of Irish Whiskey.

Those who successfully pass the exam at the end of the one-day training will be entitled to receive a certificate from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy, an SQA-approved training institution.

20% VAT is included in the price.

This fee includes 7 hours of training, training booklet, 8 whiskies to taste, a serial numbered EWA certificate issued in your name in Scotland and an EWA badge.
